"It's always a blessing whenever I am on stage to receive the Go-Give® Award," reveals the 2011 Quarter 2& 3 and Annual Go-Give Awardee Executive Senior Sales Director Susan Cruz. "The experience has always been overwhelming and humbling because only a few have the opportunity to receive this award and to be recognized by your fellow Mary Kay Sales Directors," she adds..

Being a seven-time Quarterly Go-Give Awardee has inspired Susan to be a blessing to others. "I learned in Mary Kay that it's better to give than to receive." According to her, giving is not merely helping out her sister Sales Directors or Beauty Consultants in doing their Mary Kay business right. "It's also about teaching them the Mary Kay opportunity and values," she continues.

Susan instills in her unit members and colleagues the importance of integrity that should never be compromised in this kind of business. She always reminds herself "when you value your integrity, people will trust, respect, and eventually love you."

Indeed, when she was announced as the 2011 Annual Go-Give Awardee, all her fellow Sales Directors, colleagues, friends, family members and loved ones were cheering for Susan. "I never expected that kind of unwavering support from them. I felt I was the most blessed woman at the moment," she described.

When asked what is her ultimate goal that she wants to fulfill in Mary Kay, Susan quickly answers back, "I look forward to becoming a top National Sales Director.

Becoming a NSD equips you with more opportunities, connections and opportunities to help and inspire others."

Lastly, Susan gives her appreciation to the Lord Almighty for all the blessings she received this year and thanks her parents for instilling in her the value of giving. "I always thank the Lord for showering me with wonderful things and introducing me to different kinds of people. I am so blessed and I always feel that I have to pay it forward to others."
