For someone who has literally travelled the world, Lourdes or Doddé (Du-dey) Felix still enthusiastically pursues the leisure trips that Mary Kay challenges its sales force to achieve. She believes that as she achieves each of these challenges she is also able to inspire others, especially her unit members, to follow her footsteps towards success.
She just recently enjoyed the 2012 Top Sales Directors’ trip to Paris, France with her husband, a well established military officer, together with four other top Sales Directors who also joined the trip with their husbands.
Her persistence, commitment and focus paved the way for her to be crowned the Seminar’s Queen of Unit Sales for the second year in a row.
When asked to who does she dedicates all her achievements in Mary Kay to, Doddé quickly answers, "First is to our God, for honor and riches come from Him. To my family for their support and encouragement. And of course, to all Pink Beret members for without their hard work, this feat will not be possible."
In just two years at Mary Kay, Dodde holds a sense of responsibility to further grow her business. "When I was a Beauty Consultant, a skin care class was just like a kikay time with friends. But when I became a Sales Director and had a unit to run, it became a learning ground to improve my business and my members’ business as well. We bonded in a special way every skin care class," she remarked.
"Do what is possible and let God do the impossible. Like I just do 3+3+3+1 and God will do the 4M (P4 million unit sales in a month)" is the best tip that she can share with her fellow sister consultants that will help them become successful just like her.
Doddé holds the highest record of Unit Sales in a seminar year of more than P25 million and the current holder of three other Mary Kay performance records.

This self-proclaimed workaholic mom and loving wife’s life revolved around her home as well as her food and water business before she was introduced to the wonderful world of Mary Kay. Arbel 'Bhel' Roto-Sunico fell in love with the business of enriching people’s lives and became passionate with sharing the opportunity that enriched her own. "In Mary Kay, I am able to teach people how to have their own business at the same time how to share the opportunity with others," she declared.
Bhel moved up to Sales Directorship in as short as five months after signing up as a Beauty Consultant. In that time, she also received various feats in selling and team building: Star Seller's Soiree Achiever, Asia Pacific Red Jacket Rally Achiever and New Pink Car Achiever Level 2.
This seminar year, she achieved the highest recognition of leading and developing at least 37 career women. She was crowned the Queen in the Queen's Court of Sharing category. "I never expected that I would be named and crowned as the Queen of Court of Sharing.Thank you Mary Kay Ash for changing and enriching my life," she exclaims.

Thinking of what to do after serving the country’s National Police force, Celedonia "Cely" Jabel found her new passion in Mary Kay. And after joining Mary Kay a year later, she was named the Queen of Court of Personal Sales - Sales Director.
At first, Cely would just try and buy Mary Kay products. "I have always been wearing makeup, even before I became a police officer. I would make sure that I looked presentable every time I would interact with people," she recalled. And later on, she saw the high income potential when she sold a lot of TimeWise® products right after her skin care class.
Cely’s selling efforts paved off when she was always recognized as one of Mary Kay top sellers in its various selling challenge. When she went fulltime with her Mary Kay career, she worked towards her directorship. Like Arbel, Cely was also an Asia Pacific Red Jacket Rally Achiever. "I always make sure to conduct my skin care classes regularly and offer the Mary Kay opportunity to those who are interested to have their own business," she said.
Cely tried venturing into several other businesses but Mary Kay is the best business opportunity she has tried. In spite of all her feats and recognitions, Cely never rests on her laurels. "I’m new in this business," she exclaimed, "there are a lot of training activities and workshops that I must attend so that I can be a better Beauty Facilitator and a Mary Kay Leader."

Consistency is the key to her success at Mary Kay. That is according to Grace Adriatico, this seminar year’s Queen of Court of Personal Sales – Beauty Consultant. "I have always been very consistent in doing my Mary Kay business by doing skin care classes regularly and hitting the Ladder of Success every quarter. So I have decided to plot my monthly selling targets to reach the Queen’s Court level," Grace explained.
Grace proved that success in this business always comes with hard work, determination and faith. In fact, it is always a win for Grace, who has been consistently part of the Queen’s Court of Personal Sales since 2009 (Queen in 2010 and Second Princess in 2011). In doing her business, Grace would make sure that she is doing it the Mary Kay way. "I always take care of my existing customers – introducing them to try our latest products and making them sure to get their orders on time," she said. To gain new customers, Grace would always conduct a skin care class with them and make sure to transform them into her customers for life.
Asked what is her next goal for her business, Grace shared it with passion, "I will still set my goal as the Queen of Personal Sales, but I also want to inspire other Beauty Consultants to be consistent in doing their business. I will make sure to continue building my team and eventually work towards directorship."
