Everything is Possible

" Expect Great Things, and Great Things will Happen". This is Independent Sales Director Crecilia Apad's favorite Mary Kay Ash quote, as she is now living her dream life, made possible with Mary Kay.

Cecile, as the eldest of 4, felt the need to help her parents and siblings. She took on two jobs and sold baked goods, just to get additional income. Fatigue and stress, however, started to wear her down, and she felt her health was getting affected. It was during this time that the opportunity of Mary Kay entered her life. That was in July 2006. And this, on hindsight, she believes was God"s answer to her prayers.

Others may see opportunities as hard work. That could be true. But not for Cecile. She is not afraid to work. She believes that everything worth having is worth working for. And to achieve something, she says "You have to delay gratification and really work hard and smart and FOCUS on your goal. Do not be afraid to dream big."

Cecile, from the beginning, would set her sight on something, and then work hard to achieve it. One memorable experience she shares was during her first Philippine Seminar, in September 2006. She was barely a 3 month old consultant, very new in the business. As she saw other consultants going up the stage and being recognized, she asked herself why they were going up and she wasn’t. So she decided that in the next Company event, she will be going up on stage. And that she did, as a new Independent Sales Director, in the Company’s JumpStart Rally in January 2007.

Her achievements continued on: Fabulous 50’s, Honor Society, and a consistent Star Consultant/ Director. In July 2008, she qualified for the Pink Car Program, and she is now setting her sights on the Dallas Seminar challenge. With her gogetter attitude, hard work and focus, she knows she will achieve this.

Cecile is very thankful for her Mary Kay business. "Mary Kay has given me so much more than what I expected. I only prayed for additional part time income, but He gave me a part time job with a full time income, plus a car, plus more friends, plus a lifestyle I never thought possible in just 1 ½ years of being a Mary Kay Sales Director. Apart from that, I was able to help my family, not just financially but morally too through the wisdom I gained from the Company. If it happened to me, then there is no reason why it cannot happen to you."

Well said from someone whose main motivation is the unlimited earning potential of her Mary Kay business. She shares, "Truly in Mary Kay, your limitation is yourself. Never quit. Because God is working with you on something Big for you. Do not let small disappointments get in the way of your big dreams."
