Armed with unwavering determination and a commitment to share the Mary Kay opportunity, Marita Del Corro braved the barriers and challenges of building her dream and now enjoys the ride of success. Everything started with a dream and a sincere commitment to share the Mary Kay opportunity. When asked how she feels about the phenomenal change in her life after ten years with Mary Kay, with glistening eyes and a sincere smile, Marita replied humbly,

"Everything happened unexpectedly, I just practiced the Mary Kay culture by heart, making sure that I’m able to enrich other people's lives by sharing with them the great opportunity that I myself experience. God truly blessed me with a very supportive husband, and children who valued what I worked hard for. These were more than enough for me. But God is gracious and gives me more through Mary Kay"

Consistently awarded as one of the top directors who enjoyed incentive trips abroad from 2003- 2009, Marita, together with her loving husband Ernie, visited several countries such as China, Hongkong, Singapore, Bangkok, Prague, and Australia to name a few. She also bagged the Dallas Trip Award four times in a row from 2004 – 2007. She has been to places she thought she could only see through pictures, magazines and internet. Her hard work truly paid off and she was duly recognized by her Mary Kay family.

Keeping a balanced living, and in spite of her busy schedule, she is still a hands-on wife and mother to her three children.

Marita still manages to attend to her family’s needs, and is able to spend time with them. Putting God first, as she always imposes to her family keeps everything manageable.

Her Mary Kay career is not always a walk in the park, she shares. But her strong determination and her true lucky charm, which is the partnership she has with her husband, makes her Mary Kay journey more exciting and enjoyable as they do almost everything together. As they always share with others, "We work smart, not hard. We look at it as a husband and wife tandem. I do all the representation and he does the legwork. Maybe that is our secret weapon in keeping the fire burning, not only in our relationship but throughout our business as well."

Marita never stops challenging herself, and her enthusiasm and desire to achieve goals she sets truly inspires not only her team but other people as well.

"I fell in love in Mary Kay, and everything it offers to women like me. My Mary Kay journey consists of many trials which I myself could have given up, but I did not, because I use these trials and challenges as a tool to strive harder. My passion in sharing and helping other women continues to grow everyday. I see so many women out there that I can help build their dreams."
