Welcome to Mary Kay Philippines
Nanette Mission
Being a Queen of Unit Sales for the second time in a row challenges Nanette Mission to give her
best and be as hardworking as ever. “People expect great results from me.” A leader by example, Nanette
makes sure she sets a good image for her Directors and Beauty Consultants to follow. Nanette also
aimed for the greater rewards and income that await her for consistently growing the business. Among
those rewards is achieving the Top Director’s Trip for Seminar 2009. Being persistent and doing her
Mary Kay business consistently helped her in achieving this year’s crown. She says, “Be in focus
when you set your mind to becoming the Queen. Envision a great life of freedom because being a Queen
means achieving financial freedom. And more importantly, work your business the Godly way and never
forget to glorify God.” And consistently being part of the Queens’ Court for the past few years is
a statement that says she can make great results.
“I want them to believe that it can always be done.” This is a strong conviction Charito Reyes
shared to her Sales Directors and unit members. “Goals are achievable, and nothing is impossible
if you have
a strong belief in yourself and if you work and pray hard.” And true enough, Cha proved that it can
be done by being the Queen of the Court of Sharing for two consecutive years. Being the Queen means
reaping rewards and getting recognized for the whole year’s endeavor, but to Cha, it also comes with
a challenge to beat her best. She says, “You have to set your goal and make it big. You have to know
what you want to achieve in your Mary Kay business for the Seminar Year. Your goals should be clear
and you have to work hard and work smart.” Cha shares that you have to be grounded on the basics
of the Mary Kay business and afterwards, practice being the best in booking and selling. With those
experiences, you can now impart to your team members your knowledge and then help them in developing
their skills. Lastly, “Let them experience the great business in Mary Kay by earning BIG.”

 Nory Macatigos
Nory Macatigos’ steady climb from being last year’s First Princess of Queen’s Court of Director
Personal Sales to becoming
this year’s Queen speaks for her strong drive to be on top of everything. Just by being the Queen
for Court of Director Personal Sales is in itself a reward for all her hard work and determination
that she has given.
Setting an example to her unit, Nory says, “I believe that anything is possible with hard work
and grace from God.”
“Be beautiful inside and out everyday.” Lastly, Nory advices, “You should also share your beautiful
experience with the products, the people connected with Mary Kay, and the benefits that you enjoy
from the company.”
An achiever
like Georgiana Yu hopes for nothing less than consistently being part of the Queens’ Court. For her,
being the Queen means getting recognition for doing her best during the entire Seminar Year. As Queen
of Consultant Personal Sales, Georgiana now enjoys the honor of being the title-holder of the Court
and reaping the rewards that come with it.
Aside from being patient and persevering, Georgiana shares with us tips on what has helped her
maintain her position in the Court. She says, “Not only should you know your products well but you
must also believe and be a product user. Have confidence and give enough quality time to your customers.
Your edge is your excellent customer service so never forget to give that to them.”
